Obama used the "Arab Spring" to incite action against Israel, essentially demanding they cut the size of their country in half. Would "Obama is Muslim" conspiracy theorists point at this as some more proof of his Muslim tendencies.

Question by Teaim: If people question the official government and media reports of 9/11, are they "conspiracy theorists"?
To anyone who has really investigated the 9/11 tragedy, even using mainstream media sources, will find that there are lots of holes and misinformation.
There are a lot of questions that have not been answered by NIST or other agencies involved. Also, there are a lot of common sense inquiries that have been ignored.

Also, many of NIST's conclusions regarding the collapses have been proven by independent engineerss architectss to be physically impossible.

So, when does the word 'conspiracy" start to loose its meaning here? Isn't it patriotic to expect straight answers from our government about the biggest crime in history?

FDR once said: "The liberty of a democracy is not safe if the people tolerate the growth of private power to the point where it becomes stronger than the democratic state itself. That, in its essence, is fascism – ownership of government by an individual, by a group or by any controlling private power".

When 'we the people' fail to question our leadership, don't hold government's feet to the fire, and demand truth from our bureaucrats, we become sub-patriots. Accepting – at face value – whatever our government tells us is not only unpatriotic – it is dangerous!

Since the Fourth Estate has failed miserably in its role as watchdog for the American people, we need to be the watchdogs ourselves. Notice how the mainstream media today simply reports the 'news' verbatim from government press releases, without question, without doubt, without challenge. Not since the days of Watergate has our national media invested in digging at the truth (after all, profits are more important than integrity). Be grateful for those 'conspiracy theorists' because they are the only avenue we have toward keeping our government open and honest.
For those 'dittoheads' who choose to believe whatever the government – and the media – tells them, they can't possibly comprehend what danger they put our country in by their cowardly
actions.
Courageous citizens will stand up for their right to know the truth as to how our government works (?) in our interests. Once that kind of transparency is voided, we are in serious danger of losing all of our personal and political freedoms. -RKO- 03/29/09

why dont they just use a telescope to get a picture of the American flag that they put on the surface. wouldnt that be a simple way to shut everyone up? mythbusters debunked this conspiracy pretty good on their show.
what about the hubble that is already up in space?
thanks kayn…i actually lived in titusville from february-october of this year and actually got to see the night launch at the beginning of the year and the last launch they did as well. AMAZING experience, i would highly suggest a trip to see one of these things go off in person…words cant describe
tina…i have never looked through a telescope into space so i had no idea…i found yours and a lot of the other answers very informative. I would love to start peeking through a telescope sometime. I just found it rediculous that people still think that us putting people on the moon is a lie. thanks agian.

George Galloway speaks to 3 very, very deluded moon landing conspiracy theorists. The historic 1969 moon landings never existed at all. That Neil Armstrong, Michael Collins and Edwin A. "Buzz" Aldrin never made contact with the moon and the footage of Aldrin and Armstrong leaving Apollo 11 was shot in a studio. The 1st guy nearly convinces Galloway about why they were faked…until he mentions various web sites. That was the clincher for Galloway not to accept the theory because the caller did not conduct his own original research! The 2nd caller is a woman who talks about the rocks being numbered? That Jodrell Bank never tracked the astronauts journey to the moon? Hmmm… The 3rd caller is probably the weirdest of them all. He claimed that he made a film about the fake moon landings and has not shown it to the public eye because it's too good. Originally broadcasted on 17th July 2009.

why would the US government be promoting the idea of climate change?
how would this fit into a conspiracy?

both NASA (as partnered with the USAF) and the US Navy have confirmed both global temperature shifts and diminishing polar ice mass…

just wondering out people could fit this into a conspiracy… what would the military/government gain from support of climate change ideas?
