Question by ENOCH: Why do many Christians have a disdain for the consensus of climate scientists re:Global Warming/Climate Change?
I'm not inviting a debate on climate change. I'm simply asking why it seems to be such a big topic on many Christian forums — with a great deal of passionate anger toward climate science being expressed by conservative Christians, for example. I have wondered why so many seem to believe that they have sufficient expertise in the field to overrule scientific consensus. (And there seems to be a lot of believers in a "conspiracy" by climate scientists.)
